Practices are held Tuesdays through Fridays according to the schedule under the "Practice" tab. Each age group is allotted a time in the pool with the coaches.

In the case of inclement weather, please check the website for cancelations and updates.  You may also elect to provide us with a text number on which to receive team alerts.

Other Practice Information

All swimmers MUST enter the enclosed pool area only at their assigned time and exit immediately following their practice.   Please ensure that your swimmer is not loitering unsupervised before or after swimming.  All 6U swimmers MUST have a parent or guardian remain onsite during practice.  Only practicing swimmers may be in the water.  NO ONE is to be in the “baby” pool during practice.  

All spectators should sit outside the fence to eliminate swimmer and coach distractions.  Parents are not allowed on the pool deck during practice.  Also, please refrain from speaking with the coaches during practice sessions. For safety and productivity, the coaches’ attention needs to remain focused on swimmers in the water. Coaches are available before and after scheduled practice times for discussion with parents. In addition, you may leave comments or questions in the coaches’ folder (see family folders) or feel free to contact a board member. The coaches are happy to hear your comments &/or concerns and will address them appropriately. Please include your name, phone number and a convenient time for the coaches to contact you. This folder is also the place to put special meet requests.

Practice Attire

Swimmers must wear appropriate swim attire to practice.  Girls are required to wear a one-piece suit and swim cap. Boys are encouraged to wear competition-style suits, not baggy beach-style suits.  Please save your team suit for meets only.  Suits will wear out much faster if worn to practice every day.
