PARKING 

When parking on streets we need to ensure that we are not preventing vehicles from getting through, or putting kids in danger.

• PARK ONLY ON ONE (1) SIDE OF STREET, NOT ALONG THE MEDIAN.
• DROP-OFF in the handicap spots in the parking lot.
  
• PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK FIRE HYDRANTS OR PARK TOO NEAR INTERSECTIONS.
• DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN TO RUN BETWEEN CARS OR INTO TRAFFIC.

PLAYGROUND & FACILITES (during Practice)

It is the parents’ responsibility to monitor children on the playground.  Shockwaves is only responsible for supervising children in practice sessions and on the pool deck.

• ALWAYS MONITOR YOUR CHILDREN TO ENSURE THEY ARE USING SAFE & RESPECTFUL BEHAVIOR.
• DO NOT LEAVE CHILDREN UNATTENDED.  
• SWIMMERS MAY NOT BE LEFT UNSUPERVISED WHILE WAITING FOR A SIBLING TO FINISH PRACTICE.  (IF YOU HAVE MULTIPLE-AGED SWIMMERS, PLEASE, DO NOT DROP OFF ALL AT THE FIRST ONE'S PRACTICE AND PICK THEM UP AFTER THE LAST ONE'S PRACTICE; THIS WILL LEAVE CHILDREN UNSUPERVISED IN BETWEEN.) THIS POLICY IS FOR THE SAFETY OF YOUR CHILD AS WELL AS THAT OF THE NORTHPOINTE COMMUNITY.  

PLAYGROUND & FACILITES (during Home Meets)

• PLAYGROUND IS OFF LIMITS TO ALL SWIM TEAM CHILDREN AND FAMILIES DURING MEETS, SHOCKWAVES AND VISITING TEAMS.
