How can you leverage your donations and your volunteer time ?

As part of corporate philanthropy programs, companies of all sizes will match donations that their employees make to non-profit organizations. When you make a donation, your company can often match your donation. Companies usually match donations at a 1:1 ratio, but some will match at a 2:1, 3:1, or even a 4:1 ratio. And some make your time volunteering equal dollars to the team!

Why is this important to the team? Corporate matched donations can help our fundraising initiatives significantly. Our team will receive two donations for your efforts, yours and your company's.

You may not know about your employer’s corporate philanthropy programs, and we might be losing the opportunity to leverage their donations. The potential is huge!!

Keep in mind that corporate donations can be recognized toward our fundraising goals but won't count for incentives for credits towards registration fees due to tax laws for non profit organizations and the corporate matching program rules.
