Time Trials: Our first meet of the 2026 season was held on May 2nd, as a "practice" meet with only our team competing; we call it "Shock The Block". Swimmers receive their "unofficial" times for all eligible events during this meet.  Without an unofficial time, one cannot swim the event in a dual meet.

Dual Meets:  These are meets in which we compete against another team in our division. A swimmer may swim in a maximum of 3 individual events and 2 relay events. Teams are allowed to enter up to 3 relays per event in dual meets. 

We'll have 5 dual meets in the 2026 season; 2 home meets and 3 away meets:

• 5/9 AWAY at Spring Cypress Stingrays (SCST)
• 5/16 Gleannloch Farms Gators (GLF) at HOME
• 5/23 AWAY at Imperial Oaks Seals (IOST) - Interdivisional Meet
• 5/30 AWAY at Blue Marlins (BMST)
• 6/6 Stone Gate Gators (STG) at HOME

Divisional Meet: This is the end of the season championship meet on June 13th, when all division teams swim together at one large meet to determine the division champion. In order to swim in the divisional meet, a swimmer must have an official time in the events they wish to swim, and they must have swum in at least 2 dual meets. Times from time trials are NOT considered official times for this purpose. Times from invitational meets are allowed (this is a NWAL requirement). Teams are allowed to enter 1 relay per event and the Coaches determine the relay teams.

Invitational Meets: These are optional meets in which swimmers can participate.  Only swimmers who have achieved the qualifying entry times are eligible to compete at invitational meets.  Swimmers will be notified if they qualify.  Swimmers are responsible for covering the cost to enter individual events.  Relay costs, however, will be covered by the team.

Mid-season invitationals generally consist of the Sprint Sizzler and Pentathlon invitationals. End-of-season invitationals include the Red White & Blue as well as Ponderosa Invitationals.
